Whilst it is common for us at Maldaba to work with partners who are not expert or familiar with digital technology, it’s rare to also work with partners who are as open and as innovative as the staff who work with Learning Disability patients at Humber Trust NHS.

Maldaba have worked with Humber Trust since 2014: Humber Trust have been instrumental in the development of the My Health Guide project for adults with learning disabilities. We continue to work with Humber Trust on My Health Guide as we expand and extend the use of the technology within the NHS Trust.

Working with Humber Trust has been a pleasure, and incredibly rewarding: seeing the impact Maldaba’s technology is having on front-line staff and most importantly on patients is quite humbling and has at times taken our breath away. The project was a classic mixture of great user experience within Humber, and great technical experience within Maldaba. What works in partnerships like these is giving primacy to different members of the team at various stages of the project, and ensuring there’s a collaborative atmosphere that gives space for people to talk and importantly space for the rest of the team to listen.

The success of these collaborations is measured by the deliverables, and My Health Guide is a testament to this highly successful working partnership. Long may it continue!
