Running with fishes

Why 'Maldaba'?

Back in the mists of time, way before it had been discovered by the Spanish, large sections of Latin America were controlled by the ancient and sophisticated Inca tribe, whose dominion stretched across approximately half the length of the South American cone.

According to legend, their system was so well developed that a fish could be caught in the morning, on the west coast of what is now Peru, and transferred by runners atop the Andes mountains so that the King could eat it for his supper that same night, in the Incan capital of Cuzco, over 200 km away!

Maldaba draws its inspiration from our indigenous Latin American ancestors and has taken as its name and motif this impressive example of their highly efficient communication system. We are 'running with fishes', electronically speaking.
